  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the costs of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
  • Exclusions: Our return policy applies to all items with no exceptions for final sale items, as we do not offer final sale items.

  2. Package Your Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging, including any accessories, tags, or freebies that came with the product.

Refund Processing

No Restocking Fee

  • We do not charge a restocking fee for any returned items.

Exchange Policy

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the item you wish to receive in exchange.
